Director: Chris Gates 
Duties: Fundraising, American based communication, hiring Kitongo Management, campus development, finances

Assistant Director: Elias Gungutuu 
Duties: Day-to-Day Operations, Children's Needs, Manage Staff, Oversee property, Choir Director

Matron Manager: Mama Tizila 
Duties: Oversee all the needs of the girls and manage cooking/cleaning schedule with all of the matrons

Property Manager: John Kasongi 
Duties: Overall maintenance of farm, livestock and houses, oversee farm workers and other general maintenance

Matron: Neema 
Duties: Provide live-in care for the JBFC, cook, clean and tutor

Matron: Rachel 
Duties: Provide live-in care for the JBFC, cook, clean and tutor

Matron: Glory

Duties: Provide live-in care for the JBFC, cook, clean and tutor 
 

Garden Personnel: Nicholas

Duties: Oversee all work in the garden and orchard and teach JBFC girls about caring for a garden 
 

Livestock Personnel: Chamila

Duties: Oversee all work related to the livestock and teach JBFC girls about caring for the various livestock
