There is inadequate medical care for the underprivileged people of Tanzania, especially for the children. The most challenged - orphans and vulnerable children - don't have access to even the most basic of medical care, and currently, thousands of children, staff, and hundreds of people in surrounding villages.
The focus of the clinic will be centered on diagnosis, treatment, education, and prevention.
The JBFC Medical Clinic Plan includes:
Two examination and treatment rooms
Pharmacy
An X-ray room

Over the past three years, JBFC, Inc. has been operational in rescuing, loving and caring for orphans and abused children in Kitonga, Tanzania. During this time the lack of basic and appropriate healthcare for children and adults in our region has become a major area of concern.
As you can imagine, a project like this requires significant funding and support. We cannot complete the JBFC Medical Clinic without increased support.
Initial costs for construction of the Clinic building: $30,000
Initial costs for equipment, lab and pharmacology resources and supplies for
the Clinic to open: $10,000
Initial costs for staff including a medical doctor, nurse and counselor: $10,000
Total Estimated Start-up Costs: $50,000
If you are in the medical field, particularly doctors, dentists, nurses, optometrists, et cetera, your help is needed. We will be hosting short term mission groups that can help with clinic services. Other ways that you could help include donating medical equipment, medications, vitamins, eye glasses and other supplies. Also, please consider donating Frequent Flier miles to help professionals and staff with travel.
Please join in supporting the Medical Clinic project as we take the next step in caring for the neediest in Kitongo.
